Did you know the body is composed of some of the most complex systems that keep us alive and breathing every single day? We are composed of countless cells that work for our life. We have only one vessel that houses our sovereign soul! Treating it with love and respect is necessary so we can have the energy and capability to function.

5 Ways to Honor Your Body:
First- Say “Thank You” for its’ Innate Capacity to Keep You Alive.
Everything in the world is made up of quantum waves called Energy. These frequencies and vibrations are too small to be seen by the naked eye, but these vortices of energy impact every part of who we are.
Whether is is the foods we eat, the tree in our backyard, the words we say, or the thoughts we think, everything is vibrating at a varying levels that either bring our bodies in to a state of illness or a state of wellness and vitality.
The Energy of Gratitude vibrates at the frequency similar to Love at 540 Hz. By intentionally using thoughts, words, and expressions of Gratitude toward the Body, we can raise the vibration of our body. In turn, we create happy buzzing cells that create harmony in the body.
Next- Be Still and Listen to the Deeper Messages it is Teaching You.
The Body is one of our greatest teachers, as it holds the precious messages of the subconscious field. By listening to it’s sensations, thoughts, emotions, pains, etc., we are given signals of what needs to shift.
The Body holds a magic key to the deeper messages needing to be heard. Take a moment to Be Still and Listen. For your greatest learning and wisdom lies within.
Third- Practice Being Mindful with Every Breath, Every Bite, Every Step.
The power of mindfulness and presence reminds that body that it is safe. When we are constantly stuck in worry of the future or obsessions over the past, we take away from the precious moment of now.
When focus on the now in everything we do, our body’s ability to stay in balance and homeostasis is enhanced. Our bodies create disease by staying in continued fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response, as will our bodies create health and vitality when vibrating in peace and calm.
Eckhart Tolle said, “Realize deeply that the present moment is all you will ever have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life.”
Fourth- Go Outside Barefoot. Be in the Rhythm of The Earth.
In the high speeds of society, remembering to take time to place our feet in the ground is essential. With unnatural items like shoes, concrete, etc., we are separated from the natural healing rhythms of the earth.
Grounding has been found to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, improve circulation, protect from harmful EMFs, and much more. As we attune the body in the vibration of the earth, we ignite our body’s natural healing rhythms of wellness.
Last (but not least)- Speak Words of Loving Kindness for its’ Beauty, Grace, and Wisdom.
Since our bodies are mostly made up of water, Dr. Masaru Emoto’s Water Experiment has shown us the power that positive and negative words has on us. By exposing water to the vibration of low and high frequency words, Emoto discovered either exquisite and beautiful crystal formations or misconstrued and jagged formations.
We are powerful creators that determine our reality. We have the ability to create beauty or pain with the words that we speak. Don Miguel Ruiz said, “Your word is the power that you have to create; it is a gift.”
